will offer a presentation, which will be followed by a
discussion among the participants on the topic.

How it will start?
POMC Administrator will declare a ‘Close Forum’ after
discussing with the expert who will host it. This will be
available for registration for a specific period of time.
From where can one see the details of close
forums?
From the ‘Sharing Zone’, choose ‘Enter Forum by Type’ and
open ‘Close Forum’. Here you will get the entire Close Forums’
list. You can also see
them from the Member’s Control
Panel.
How to register in a forum?
You will get an access to the
‘Member’s Control Panel’ after you register with the club
(FREE). From your ‘Member’s Control Panel’, go to the ‘Close Forum
Registration’. You will find here the list of all the active
‘Close Forum’ for which registration is open. From the
‘Requisition’, you can send a request for registration.
Who can participate?
Each forum will have a limited participation, the number of
which will be mutually decided by the ‘Host Expert’ and the POMC
Administrator. Every registered member who is interested in the
topic can send a request. The acceptance of the request will be
under the sole discretion of POMC Administrator. Those
professionals, who are identified as experts by POMC can also
join these forums as ‘Guest Expert’.
Once the user is listed as the registered participant of
the forum, he would receive a mail confirmation and that
specific forum will be included in the ‘Permitted Forum’ section
of the ‘Member’s Control Panel’ from where he will be able to
interact.
For how long the discussion will continue?
Each forum discussion will remain live for a limited period
of time which would be declared at the time of opening. After
the closing date, the forum can only be viewed but there will be
no further interactions. The same forum can be revived again if
request comes from a large number of members and if the ‘Host
Expert’ agrees.
Can one get registered after the starting
date?
One can send the request even after the starting date if
the total numbers of participants are not over. Once the total
number is full, the ‘Request’ option will not be available any
more.
How do I see the presentation by the ‘Host
Expert’?
After the starting date, every one will be able to see it
either from the ‘Sharing Zone’, entering by Type and opening the
‘Close Forum’, or they can also view it from the ‘Member’s
Control Panel’ after logging in.
If I am registered in a close forum, from
where can I participate?
In the ‘Member’s Control Panel’, all the close forums,
where a member is registered, will be available from the
‘Permitted Forums’. You can also access these forums from the
sharing zone, entering by type and opening ‘Close Forum’.
Clicking on the selected forum, you can see the presentation by
the ‘Host Expert’. You can download all the files offered by him
and you can also post a query. You can also view all the queries
that have generated by various participants in this page.
What are the functions of the following keys?
Participant Detail; Post a query; View Response; Reply;
Post a comment; Profile
Participant Detail: On clicking, it will
show the participant’s list and list of Guest Experts
Post a query: You can post a query to
this discussion forum on the topic presented by the Expert. The
host expert is not obligated to respond to each and every query
in the forum. The Guest Experts and the other forum participants
may also respond to the query. If there is a response by the
expert or by any other participants, it will be displayed at the
left corner of the query box.
Reply: If you want to respond to any
query, you can do so by this key. If you want to respond to a
particular reply, put a further question in connection to that
reply or want to comment on someone else’s reply, you use the
same key on that box making a reference to that reply in your
comment. All the responses can be seen in chronological order by
clicking the ‘View Response’ key on that particular query box.
View Response: All the responses to a
query along with further string of discussion related to that
query can be seen by clicking this key.
Profile: Clicking on this, one can view
the profile of the user.
How can I edit my profile?
The profiles of the members are created from the
information given in the Registration Form. The members can
change these details from the Member’s Control Panel.
