STRUCTURE OF ONE DAY WORKSHOP:

1.  The programme duration will be short; for one day only. 

2.  The classroom training would deal with the subject topic directly without allotting any session time to cover the preliminary discussions leading to the topic as per the usual practice.

3.  The preliminary discussion would be done through virtual classroom training through internet. We are creating a special interactive net based programme to cover this. This virtual classroom is very easy to follow and all the participants would need is an internet connection only at their own convenient time of the day. A detailed instruction on how to avail the virtual classroom would be given to them after registration.

4.  The Reading material would be sent to the participants as soft copy immediately after registration.

5.  The virtual classroom would also be used for a follow up session to answer the queries from the participants.

The complete programme will be conducted in the following steps:
 

Step 1: Registration: Participants have to register themselves by filling up a registration form and sending it to us before the last date for registration along with the registration fess. 

Step 2: Pre-Session Virtual Training for 7 days. Immediately after registration, the participants would be issued username and password for the virtual classroom along with a detailed instruction on how to avail the virtual training. 

Step 3: Attending the One day Workshop. 

Step 4: Post-Session Follow-up training for 7 days

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM:

A. PRE-SESSION VIRTUAL TRAINING: Before the commencement of every program all participants would be joining a virtual classroom which will be conducted for seven days.

The objectives for this virtual session are:

• Introduction of each participant – Their background, Nature of their work responsibilities, their plant and equipment details.

• Providing detail information about the session wise coverage along with their objective

• Providing a soft copy of the programme hand outs so that they can come prepared after studying the same

• To find out what they are looking for from this training workshop. Participants should indicate any specific issue related to the topics that they may like us to cover.

• To cover certain fundamental concepts wherever required.

B. POST-SESSION VIRTUAL INTERACTION: This session would start 7 days after the completion of the one day training workshop and will continue for 7 days.

All queries which remain unanswered during the one day workshop because of the strict time management would be covered during this online session.

Such online follow-up sessions are a regular feature with all training workshops conducted by us and they have already proven to be extremely useful to the participants in the past. The candidates get an opportunity to review and revise aspects of the training after going back to their work places. In addition, instructors can accomplish more by guiding participants to actually implement the learning points in practice, without much time constraint.
