After hosting some successful interactive web seminars and promoting a sharing environment amongst the engineering community, Plant Operation & Maintenance Club is now coming up with a series of real-time interactive workshops and Training Courses under this section.

The interactive workshops are designed carefully giving a total focus to the utility of the topics to the attending Engineers and Managers.

Within a short period of time, the POMC community has established a large network of vastly experienced and knowledgeable professionals amongst our more than three thousand active members. The community view emphasizes knowledge as socially constructed and is managed primarily by encouraging groups and individuals to communicate and share experiences and ideas. The methodology of POMC is a combination of knowledge accessibility and knowledge transformation. In extension to our Knowledge management activities, we are now putting our effort to bring the knowledge from the community to the best advantage of every one through real time interactions.

These modules will be conducted at different locations to bring them near you. The different topics in these series of workshops will be declared gradually as the design for the module of each is completed.
